Advanced Specialty Care, P.C. is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our Allergy Department, providing clinical support under the direction of licensed healthcare professionals. This role involves assisting with routine patient care and ensuring a smooth, patient-focused experience.

Our board-certified allergists are experts in diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions, including asthma; nasal and eye allergies; sinus infections; food, drug, and skin allergies; stinging insect allergies; and environmental or seasonal sensitivities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare patient for exam.
- Patient Education.
- Allergy testing.
- Answer phones.
Skills:
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Positive outlook and upbeat personality.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Electronic Health Records Experience.
TRAINING:
Requirements:
- Travel is required for all satellite locations (Danbury, New Milford, Ridgefield, and Norwalk).
- Must have reliable transportation.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday (36-40 hours per week). Full-time.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
Compensation:
- Salary based on experience.
- Bonus offered: $1,000 after 6 months of employment; $1,000 after one year of employment.
