About the Job:

Advanced Specialty Care, P.C. is seeking a Full-time Medical Assistant to work alongside our team of collegiate physicians and clinical team members in our ENT department. On-the-job training!

Objective:
This position provides efficient delivery of patient care and provides support and assistance as directed by licensed staff in rendering basic healthcare to the patient.

Primary Responsibilities:

Rooms patient
Prepares patient for exam.
Patient education.
Assist MD with procedures.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 plus year of experience working as a Medical Assistant or CNA.
Travel is required for satellite locations (Danbury, New Milford, Ridgefield, and Norwalk).
Must have reliable transportation.

Skills:

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently.
Detail-oriented, meticulous.
Ability to multi-task.
Use of computers and software programs; experience with EHR preferred.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday. (34-36 hours).
Must be able to work a flexible schedule; schedule is based on department needs.

Compensation:

Salary based on experience.
Bonus offered: $1,000 after 6 months of employment; $1,000 after one year of employment.
