Medical Front Desk Receptionist- Multi-specialty office.
We are looking for experienced, full-time Front Desk Receptionists to join our fast-paced, multi-specialty medical practice.
Job Summary:
- Patient registration.
- Appointment scheduling.
- Check-in and Check-out.
- Answer phones.
- Product/Service sales.
Skills:
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- and upbeat personality.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous.
- Ability to multitask.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
Training:
- On-the-job training offered.
Requirements:
- Flexible work schedule, with start times as early as 7:45 AM and end times as late as 6:30 PM, based on coverage needs.
- Reliable transportation.
- Occasional travel to Ridgefield office, when needed.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, with shifts scheduled between 7:45 AM and 6:30 PM. Work hours vary based on coverage needs.
Compensation:
- Salary based on experience.
- $500 bonus after 6 months of employment.
