Front Desk Supervisor - Plastics
We are seeking a full-time Front Desk Supervisor to join our Plastics Department at our Danbury office within a fast-paced, multi-specialty medical practice focused on delivering exceptional patient care. This position oversees front desk operations and staff for Plastic Surgery, including Dermatology, while promoting efficient daily operations and a positive patient experience.
Job Summary:
- Oversee daily front desk operations and workflow.
- Supervise, train, and support front desk staff.
- Coordinate staff schedules, coverage, and daily responsibilities.
- Oversee patient scheduling, registration, check-in, and check-out processes.
- Monitor patient flow and coordinate with providers, clinical staff, and other departments.
- Address patient questions, concerns, and service-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure front desk staff follow established policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Support staff development, training, and overall team performance.
- Maintain accurate patient information and front office processes.
- Perform front desk responsibilities as needed to support department operations.

- Flexibility to meet department and coverage needs.
- Availability outside of regular business hours for meetings, seminars, and other work-related events, as needed.
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday; Danbury office.
- Flexible schedule based on operational and coverage needs.
Compensation:
- Pay Range: $60,000–$70,000 annually, based on experience.
